To start the application process for admissions the following information is required, some of it may be filled out and submitted electronically but others require a physical submissal through the post:

International Student Application
Request for Transfer of Records
Student Essay
International Records of Immunization
Copy of Passport and Visa Information
Student Interview Sheet
Copy of Secondary Level English Proficiency Test (TOEFL or IELTS)

Teacher Letter of Recommendation
Proof of International Health Insurance (w/a US Billing Address)
Letter to the Host Family
Proof of Financial Responsibility from the Natural Family ($18,250 US)
Copies of Middle School and High School transcripts
Copy of Birth Certificate
